The taste of wine is soft, with medium acidity and well-structured tannins, notes of plum and charred wood. The finish is long and harmonious.

Wine Yatir, Red Wine is made from four varieties of grapes grown in the vineyard, planted in 1964 near the forest Yatir at Hebron Hills in the northern Negev.
