Wine "Vina Sanzo" Verdejo introduces us to the wine region of Rueda, where two vineyards in loamy and clay soils grow Verdejo grapes. Sites are located at an altitude of 750 meters above sea level, which provides a good range of day and night temperatures, therefore, beneficial to the process of ripening berries, acquiring a well-structured taste and delicious aromas. Vinification cold maceration Verdejo assumes within 12 hours in order to remove all power from the berries flavor. After that, the wine is fermented and subjected batonnazhu to improve the structure and aromatic qualities of the wine.
