A wonderful wine "Villa Antinori" Bianco was first created in 1931 by Niccolo Antinori. The only thing that has changed - varietal composition of the blend. In the first years of production wine is made from only two varieties of grapes - Malvasia and Trebbiano. In the production of wine grapes has been cleared from the peduncle, and subjected to a very gentle pressing, then cooled to 10 ° C. After 48-hour cold maceration it was moved to a stainless steel tank, where the fermentation took place at a temperature not exceeding 18 ° C. After fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks at 10 ° C, allowing wine to stay fresh and fragrant.
