Interesting Facts
"Falconeri" Cabernet Sauvignon - a pleasant, full-bodied red wine with a fruity aroma and a rounded, velvety taste. Its production uses a blend of two grape varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese. The berries are grown in the vineyard farm in Tuscany. Harvesting is carried out only to achieve optimum fruit maturity. At the winery the berries are sorted and traditional vinification. Matured wine is 18-20 months in French oak barrels.

Producer's description
The only Italian wine, which boasts the most ancient traditions - is, without a doubt, the Chianti. Chianti produced by Florentine patriarchal families and imported successfully in the XIV century. To this day, the winemakers of the Chianti region give the world great wines, sometimes experimenting with varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, but remaining true to the traditional Sangiovese. Near the castle Montespertoli, in the majestic surroundings of monasteries, churches and town houses are cellars Azienda Uggiano. Vineyards The company is located along the slopes connecting the village Montespertoli Montagnana and at an altitude of 250-300 meters above sea level. Owner economy, Giuseppe Losapio, having extensive experience in wine-making, focuses on the production of wines with a low alcohol content to get, in his opinion, more fragrant and fruity bouquet. Basic Chianti, Chianti Classico and Chianti Colli Fiorentini ripen in traditional 2000 liter barrels or stainless steel tanks. Reserve wines are aged in 225-liter French oak barrels from the forests provezennyh Allier and Limousin. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a strong structure aged in new oak barrels, while the Chianti Riserva - in barrels recycling, in order to preserve the fragile structure.
