Grapes for wine "Moore's Creek" Semillon Sauvignon Blanc comes to the winery from two regions: Hunter Valley and Western Australia. Each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks, then the wine is blended. After a brief excerpts wine is filtered and bottled with screw caps.
