Tasting Notes
The wine is dark purple.
Taste of black fruit combined with a little sweetness. In the long aftertaste present soft tannins and low acidity.

The name "The Bull and The Bear" («Bull and Bear") - is the nickname of his father's closest friends Richard Mintz, who early in his career were very close and it helped. In addition, the "Bull and Bear" - rather, it is a typical description of Australian Shiraz.
Harvest for wine harvested by hand only. Fermentation and maceration takes place simultaneously in open tanks with regular remontazhem. Wine stand for 14-16 months large French oak barrels, which are only 30% new and the remaining two-year. Wine storage potential of 7-8 years.
