Wine of intense pale yellow color with subtle greenish reflections.
The wine has an elegant, dry, full, soft and rounded taste with a lovely refreshing acidity, aftertaste marked fruity notes.
The wine has an elegant, rich aroma with notes of fruit - pineapple, banana, pear, peach and floral and vanilla tones, shades of oil, honey, nuts, acacia, are present in the aftertaste tones of vanilla and notes of wood.
The wine is perfect for grilled fish, fried meat, white meat, stuffed pasta, soft cheeses.

Terre di Franciacorta DOC Chardonnay 2006 - this is a great wine, affecting the subtlety of its flavor and fine structure characteristic except that red wines. First wine was produced in 1893, challenging the other Chardonnay with a world vocation. For wine grapes used best Chardonnay collected manually at the beginning of September. Maceration of the grapes takes place in contact with the skin for 24 hours, the fermentation is done in new oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation takes place later. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 11 months.
