Tenute Neirano, Gavi DOCG is an exquisite white dry wine made from Cortese grapes grown on the Gavi hills in the Piedmont region. Harvesting is carried out on reaching the berries of the optimum level of sugar content. At the winery berries are soft pressed. Vinification is carried out in the traditional way for white wines at a controlled temperature in steel vats. The wine is excellent as an aperitif, as well as in combination with light salads, seafood, fish dishes cooked on the grill.

Paolo and Antonio, the representatives of the fourth generation of wine Sperone dynasty today can boast of high quality of its excellent sparkling wines. Their children, Francesca and Andrea is also currently busy with work for the company.
The pride of the winery Tenuta Neyrano is "Neirano" Brut - a sparkling wine produced by the champagne. The company also produces a range of other wines, mainly DOC and DOCG categories. At the winery fully automated bottling line, which is the last stage of production. This is where the products acquires its elegant appearance.
The range of wineries have Neyrano white classic wine from grapes Cortese, more refined versions, such as the famous Prosecco sparkling wine and sweet Moscato d'Asti - dessert wine of the highest quality. Also for the production of white wines is used Pinot Grigio - noble grapes from the hills of Lombardy.
Red wine winery Neyrano - a Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera d'Asti, Montepulciano and others. Exposure takes place in small tasting 225-liter drums, which are arranged in the underground cellars. Here, for sparkling wines is carried out riddling procedure which is carried out manually.
