Wine elegant ruby red color.
Wine is characterized by powerful, rich and dense palate with good acidity and ripe tannins flexible. Dominant colors currants and blueberries decorate the stable intonation spicy nuances of cocoa and haze.
In an intense bouquet of wine is dominated by aromas typical of Cabernet. Tones of black currant, pepper, dried herbs and delicate floral notes complemented by nuances of caramel, chocolate and toasted oak.
This wine will be a great accompaniment venison, beef and other red meats. It also goes well with pizza, pasta and mature cheeses.
Campo di Sasso estate was purchased by the Marquis Lodovico Antinori in 1995. Campo di Sasso consists of three different vineyards to the west of the road to Bolgheri. The unique geographical position of this large estate promised excellent prospects for development: a varied terroir, great climate Tuscan coast, hot sun and the freshness of the Ligurian Sea.
