Always warm and dry weather during the grape harvest allows you to collect berries in full compliance with their ripeness. Grapes has reached full maturity, tear by hand. Fermentation is carried out in a stainless steel tank at a temperature of 24 ° C. Wine is aged in oak barrels for 3 months.
