Brunello di Montalcino - red wine, which is made from Sangiovese grapes. Grape shown on special tables, then the process of fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks, typically for 20-25 days at temprature controlled depending on the quality of the crop. In these places, he fell back in the fifties. Following the acquisition of the estate, he decided to move to sunny hills of Montalcino. The company achieved the highest quality products and good reputation thanks to the experience, a thorough study of selected varieties, as well as respect for tradition.
Immersed in the realm of Talenti 20 hectares of vineyards, 15 of them are grown Sangiovese - gibritny grade, which was obtained in Tuscany as a result of the study. On the remaining 5 hectares planted with local and international varieties such as Canaiolo, Merlot, Syrah, Colorino and Cabernet. The vines grow on medium stony soils, which lies at an altitude of about 200-400 meters. It is ideal for growing quality grapes. Stocking density of vines is 5,000 plants per hectare in old vineyards and up to 7,000 vines per hectare in the new ones.
