Interesting Facts
Wine "Ares" is named after the Greek god of war Ares. It is created from grapes Primitivo, Negroamaro and Cabernet Sauvignon, which is grown in the areas economy Masseria Surani in the heart of Puglia. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with controlled temperature and lasts for 10 days. Then the wine is aged 6 months in oak barrels. Wine storage capacity - up to 2018.
