Wine rich ruby red color with garnet reflections.
The wine has a nice, elegant, balanced taste with rounded tannins and nuances of coffee.
The wine has a rich, harmonious aroma with hints of brushwood, musk, vanilla, almond, plum and magnolia.

Red dry Solare, 2000 - is a powerful wine with intense flavor, aged in oak. Harvest for this wine going with 16 hectares of vineyards located in the municipality of Gaiole in Chianti. Vinification crop is maceration and fermentation for 15-20 days in special vats of oak having a conical shape. The wine is aged 12-14 months in barriques of Allier oak, Nevers and Troncais. The wine has good storage potential in 15-20 years. Before serving wine Solare is necessary to saturate with oxygen for 30 minutes in large glasses-shaped tulip. Wine is perfect for meditation.
