The wine is straw-yellow color.
A rounded, full-bodied taste of the wine is replete with shades of ripe pear, apricot and other ripe fruit. The wine is well balanced, demonstrates refined acidity and a long, fresh finish.
The wine has an expressive, intense aroma with a predominance of tropical fruit tones, bright flower colors and light spice nuances.
The ideal complement for this wine will be dishes of white meat, chicken and seafood and saltwater fish. Horo is combined with vegetables and goat cheese.

Created from a blend of two white grape varieties Simonsig, Sauvignon Blanc-Semillon is the famous region of Stellenbosch (South Africa). Traditional vinification allows to maximally preserve the quality of the grape varietal and pass the blame saturation, freshness and richness of taste and aroma. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature in steel tanks, and then aged wine lees for 3-6 months.
In 2010, Simonsig wine, Sauvignon Blanc-Semillon has received 4 stars from Wine Magazine, and in 2008 was awarded the Silver Medal of the contest Veritas Awards.
