"Sal de Fiesta" La Mona is an organic white semi-sweet wine made from Moscatel and Verdejo grapes grown in the company's vineyards. Wine undergoes a process of purification and further filtration, correction and stabilization, before bottling "Sal de Fiesta" La Mona also subjected to microfiltration.
La Mona from Spanish is translated as "cute", for it is not without reason that such a flirty monkey adorns the bottle label. There is a theory that the monkey personifies Spain’s encroachment on the territory of Gibraltar under British rule. In 2008 Bodegas Isidro Milagro bought Bodegas Lopez Mercier - a modern plant for bottling wines, equipped with four automatic lines, allows you to fill a wine glass bottles or Tetra Pak packaging. His production company supplies not only the domestic market but also the markets of Europe, America, Asia, Algeria, China, Korea and New Zealand. The company Bodegas Isidro Milagro also offers services to create new wine projects, brands and lines of wines for third-party firms.
