Although wine Saint-Aubin is not as well known as neighboring towns like wine Chassagne Montrachet, they also represent an example of the great wines of Burgundy. The slopes around this village covered with several vineyards have identified as "Premier Cru". The soil is clay and limestone.
Wine matures from 8 to 12 months in oak barrels, 15% of which are replaced each year. Has good potential exposure - five years. Wine stored in the basement of the Château de Beaune, the climatic conditions which are ideal for Premier Cru wines.
