Wine Riesling "Cuvee Frederic Emile" is made, not every year, but only in those years when the harvest is good enough for the production of this extraordinary drink. "Cuvee Frederic Emile" has great potential exposure: for the full maturation of the blame must be 3-5 years, after which it is aging at least 15 years of age. The grapes are harvested as late as possible when it reaches its maximum maturity that gives the wine finesse and fruit flavors. Collection is performed manually, after which the grapes are placed in a pneumatic press. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats under strict temperature control within 2-3 weeks.
