Tasting Notes
Wine with purple reflections briliantovymi.
The wine has a clean, light taste with hints of explosive raspberries, violets and minerals, which saturate the whole sky.
Extremely complex bouquet of aromas of wine is expressed in the whole spectrum of shades. It contains floral notes of peony, roses and violets. Spicy aspect complements the flavor notes of licorice, vanilla and coriander. Fruit - Note the red-black fruit (raspberry, blackcurrant ...), vegetable - notes of freshly cut grass and undergrowth. Exotic aspect contributes to skin tones and aroma of musk and notes of caramel and chocolate bring together all of its components. With the aging of wine aroma acquires shades of animal fur and humus.
Wine perfectly complements the simple, simple dishes, in conjunction with which it shows its best qualities. The wine is excellent with red meat or roasted game with mushrooms (morels, truffles, porcini mushrooms) and onions, as it goes well with non-acute cheeses.
