Producer's description
The Mastroberardino company was founded in 1750, but was officially registered only in 1878 thanks to Angelo Mastroberardino. He also began promoting his brand. The first winery was built in Atripalda, in the very center of Irpinia. To date, 10 generations of the family have changed, having experienced both recession and prosperity, but the love and respect for the family business has remained the same. Mastroberardino is a symbol of devotion to tradition and technological progress in the Campania region.
Mastroberardino's ancient cellars fully reflect the family's philosophy. People from all over the world visit these places and admire the stunning paintings of outstanding artists: Maria Mikotsi, Doina, Rafael de Rosa, which adorn the vaults of the Mastroberardino cellars. Thanks to these places you can immerse yourself in the silence and atmosphere of past times.
