Color
The color of wine is dark red with tints and black.
Taste
On the palate there is a red cherry, black currant and hints of vanilla. At the finish there is the presence of oak. Concentrated wine. Structure clear low tannin content and good acidity.
Aroma
The wine has a nice, strong and rich aroma with spicy notes, followed by shades of strawberry jam and game with the final chord of fragrant violets.
Gastronomy

Due to the religious communities of the Middle Ages Pommard is known worldwide. This village is located in the center of Cote de Beaune and simply can not be overlooked. Limestone and clay soil is the cause of concentration of wine. Iron compounds in the subsoil give the wine a simple and playful nature. This wine requires persistence, but it is recommended to open until 2015.
