The Pershe hell of Dzeda of Lyuta is a strong premium alcoholic drink made from natural selected raw materials grown in Belarus. The technology of making the drink is based on old Belarusian recipes with steaming triticale flour, adding baker's yeast at a temperature of 32-34 ° C and subsequent fermentation for three days. Double distillation takes place in a copper still, with a capacity of up to 35 liters of alcohol per day.
Producer's description
The history of Dyatlovo distillery "Algon" began in 1966. Then a small wine shop, located in the city of Dyatlovo, was transferred to an independent unit - a winery, and in May 1971, the company first bottled wine. In the first years of the plant's existence, the production of wines was about 60 thousand dal a year, by 2003 the production volumes increased more than 7 times. On June 1, 2015, the Porechsky Distillery and the Logistics Center of the city of Grodno were joined to the plant, thus the distillery became a full-cycle enterprise. After the reorganization on January 4, 2017, the following branches were added to the plant - Slonim Wine-Vodka Factory and Novogrudok Winery, which became branches of the company.
At the plant "Algon" the best traditions of winemaking are preserved, a team of professionals is formed - people who support the common cause. High quality products are annually confirmed by awards of the highest dignity. Many drinks are repeatedly marked by awards of various competitions and exhibitions. For participation in competitions and trade fairs, the plant was awarded 29 gold, 26 silver and 2 bronze medals, a Grand Prix cup and honorary diplomas.
