Wine of deep ruby color with burgundy reflections.
The wine has a voluminous, dry and warm, well-structured taste. In the long finish notes are plum jam and roasted almonds shades.

"S'arai" - dry red wine that is produced from a blend of grape varieties Cannonau, Carignano and Beauval, which are grown in the vineyard Tanca S'Arai, on clayey and sandy soils. The average age of the vines is 15-30 years.
In the production of "S'arai" each variety vinified separately. After maceration and pressing for 8-10 days, fermented grapes in stainless steel at a temperature of 22-24 ° C. After that, the wine is assembled, to stand for about one month in underground cement baths and aged for 8-10 months in 225 liter French oak barrels.
