Ouen-Shiraz - one of the highlights of wines from Cantina San Marco, the main feature of the production of which is that the wine is fermented and aged in neutral vessels under strictly controlled temperature. This technology allows you to keep all freshen fruity Shiraz grapes and a rich palette of natural aromas of grapes.
In 2005, the wine has won a bronze medal at such a prestigious competition as the Decanter World Wine Awards, and in 2006 at the same competition it was awarded the title Reccomandation Wine Certificate.
Cantine San Marco (St. Mark's Cantina) is one of the most famous and respected wine producers. The winery is located in the region of San Marco on a small hill, which gave it a name (San Marco). The soils here are of volcanic origin, they are rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and low in nitrogen, which is the key to success for growing grapes of the highest quality.
