The wine is a bright ruby color.
The taste of wine is rounded, characterized by medium density and rather juicy acidity, demonstrates attractive tones of cherries, plums and blackberries, which are harmoniously complemented by nuances of spices. The finish is long.
The aromatic bouquet of the wine is very bright and expressive, replete with generous notes of ripe berries and fruits, underlined with floral notes and nuances of spices.
The wine will make an excellent pair of meat dishes, especially stew, lasagna, as well as red fish cooked on the grill.

To create a dry red wine "Il Gaggio" Barbera, the producer uses Barbera grapes. After harvesting, the crop is transported to the winery, where it is sorted, pressed and subjected to alcoholic fermentation. After aging the wine "Il Gadjo" Barbera bottled.
