The wine has a bright golden color.
The wine has a nice, slim but strong fruity taste, so juicy that creates a sense of what you eat ripe grapes.
The wine has an intense aroma with notes of ripe fruit, honey and acacia flowers.
Wine is an excellent aperitif and goes well with fish dishes, asparagus or melon.
Unlike many semi-sweet Muscat wine Muscat Reserve - dry. It is made from two varieties of Muscat grapes grown in Alsace Muscat Ottonel (white grapes that can give wine roundness, fine and very delicate flavors) and White Muscat (pink-red grape gives the wine freshness, acidity and rich aroma).
Trimbach - the most prestigious wine producer in Alsace. This farm has existed since 1626. Today the family business run by Hubert and Bernard Trimbahi actively participate in the affairs of the younger members of the family, Jean and Pierre. The main objective of winemakers believe preservation respectable image of the family business. In addition, the brothers want to raise the wine of Alsace on a hitherto unknown level. I must say that while they do an excellent job with their work - wine Trimbach often called the best of the best. So, in 2005 Riesling Cuvee Frederic Emile 2000 magazine The Wine Enthusiast was the best wine of the year.
