Wine of bright ruby color.
The elegant, bright taste of wine felt toffee, peach and apple. The finish is long and soft.
The wine has an intense bouquet with notes of red fruits and spices.
The wine is recommended to serve dishes from poultry, game and mushrooms.
Interesting Facts
For More-Koffine Shassan Monrashe Premier Cru Morzho crop harvested from vines aged 70 years and sorted, and then subjected to pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Thereafter More Koffine-aged in oak barrels, half of them new.
Producer's description
Morey-Coffinet - an economy based in the merger vineyards Domain and Domain Fernand Koffine Sea, which for several centuries wine produced in the region Chassagne-Montrachet. Today household owns nine hectares of vineyards, of which 5 hectares grown Chardonnay. The remaining 4 hectares set aside for the cultivation of Pinot Noir. Estate and cellars in the village of Chassagne-Montrachet. The farm adhere to the traditional vinification - noble drink is kept in barrels, of which one third - new.
