The wine is light straw color.

Interesting Facts
The owner of Villa Stefano Sparina Mokkagato developed for its wine bottles amazing forms. Such a step was inspired by paintings of Giorgio Morandi, favorite artist winemaker. Continuing to strive for the bizarre, in 2004 Mokkagato produces wine Monthey Bianco. This light wine is truly refreshing and surprising for its delicate flavor.
Grapes for Monthey Bianco collected in September. Fermentation takes place for 2 weeks in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 18C. Every year it produces no more than 77,000 bottles, storage potential 2-4 years.
Monterotondo - is a small village in the community of Gavi, winemaking here dates back to the 17th century: when the village was surrounded by vineyards, where there was a wine cellar, as well as the house, which belonged to a noble family from Genoa, who does not abandon those winemakers who worked nearby.
