Sredneteloe wine has a refreshing taste with a delicate acidity. The finish is marked notes of herbs.
The distinctive aroma of the wine reveals hints of ripe cherry, strawberry, peony and thyme.
An excellent aperitif, this wine is also perfect for poultry, pasta, sardines or salmon grilled lean meat, light salads and summer vegetable snacks.

"Mas Belles Eaux" Rose - light, summer wine with a soft, refreshing flavor and wonderful aroma of summer fruits. The name "Mas Belsen" is translated as "beautiful water" - the wine got it in honor of those springs that are beaten out of the ground around the economy, creating a special atmosphere in the vineyards of freshness. Grape varieties Syrah and Mourvedre after careful selection cooled and soft-pressed followed deburbazhem (wort clarification settling at a low temperature). Fermentation is performed at low temperatures in stainless steel containers. The wine is aged in neutral tanks for 3-4 months.
