"Maserati" Gavi del Comune di Gavi DOCG - fine wine from the line "Fashion wine", created in 2005 on the initiative of Pierre Giorgio Skrimalo. These wines are created as a symbol of prestige, quality and status. The wine is made from Cortese grapes grown in the vineyards Skrimalo economy. After harvesting, the berries undergo a traditional vinification, then aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. Family history is intertwined with the family Faletti Abbona having wine cellars "Cavalier Felice Abbona e Figli" near the Castle di Barolo. Pietro Abbona, who was born about the time of foundation of the Institute, he worked in the family business together with her sisters Celestino and Maria, as well as with his brother Ernesto.
