Wine of golden color with greenish hues.
The wine has a complex flavor with a bit of mineral character, hints of fruit and acidity palpable.
The wine has a bouquet of mostly floral aromas, complemented by hints of honey, pear, green apple and light walnut-vanilla tones.
The wine goes well with fish dishes.

Macon-Villages AOC Champ Brule - an excellent white wine, which is made from the best grapes, which grows in three villages in the north of Pouilly-Fuissé region - Verzhisson, Davaye and Prissy. The average age of the vines - 25 years. Vinification extends partly in steel containers (70%), partially in oak casks (30%). The Village Wine Macon-Sham Brule different intriguing combination of elegance and richness. «Champ Brule» in the name of the wine in French means "roasted field" that is reminiscent of southern exposure vineyards.
In 1985, in response to growing demand, Jean-Jacques Vincent, owner of Château Fuissé, creates a new company JJ Vincent & Fils (JJ Vincent and son). The aim of the new business was an offer of high quality wines from different appellasonov southern Burgundy, such as Pouilly-Fyuisse, San Veran, Macon Macon Fuisse and The Village, as well as the region of Beaujolais - Morgon and Julien. These delightful wines are sold under the brand «Vincent».
