In the blend is dominated by Pinot Noir with such great Grand Cru Champagne appellasona as Oger, Avize, Verznay and Bouzy. For this champagne harvest was used with the 50 different sites. Champagne is produced with the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle. Interestingly, the company has never conducted Lanson malolactic fermentation for its wines. With this bouquet of champagne preserves the natural richness of flavor and aroma, as well as a high level of acidity, which affects the development potential of the wine. After vinification Champagne is aged on the lees for about three years, although the legislation is sufficient period of 15 months.
