Crop for the production of "La Casa in Collina" is going in the vineyards with low yields in Barbaresco and Treiso. Vinification carried out at a temperature of 28-30 ° C and it lasts about 20 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in large oak barrels in which the wine is then left for another 12 months.
