The wine is harmonious, concentrated flavors with soft layers of fruit notes and a long aftertaste saturated.
The wine has a rich aroma with a slightly sharp and focused shades of black ink, polished river stones, blackberries and spices.
Wine perfectly accentuate the taste of dishes from red meat and noble cheeses. Before serving, it is recommended to decant the wine for about 1 hour.

"Camarcanda" - the main wine estates Ca 'Markandeya owned by the famous Italian winemaker Angelo Gaja. The name of the wine received on behalf of the farm Ca 'Marcanda, which means "house of long negotiations." Angelo Gaja verify the validity of this statement on their own experience. Vineyards economy Ca 'Markandeya are located in Castagneto Carducci in Bolgheri. The grapes for wine making "Kamarkanda" grown in rocky, limestone soil called "terre bianche" ("White Land"), ideal for long-lived wines. After the harvest of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, fermented berries each class separately.
