"Saint Marc" Reserve Sauvignon - a very pleasant beverage and wine from the south of France: clean, fresh, fruity, zesty acidity and a long finish. Wine is made from grapes Sauvignon Blanc grown in the vineyards of Languedoc. "San Marco" Reserve Sauvignon is a great everyday wine.
Les Vignobles Foncalieu is a large cooperative that brings together 1,200 members and produces wines around the Languedoc, including the territory of the Minervois. Despite the large number of small farmers working on their own vineyards, the cooperative has developed a common program aimed at improving the quality of grown grapes and produced wine. Was introduced strict control for planting certain varieties of grapes and their processing. Harvesting is done by machine, but before entering the winery all berries are carefully selected.
