Tasting Notes
The wine is light golden color with greenish hues.
The elegant, full-bodied, balanced and pure taste of wine is dominated by notes of citrus and apple, and an amazing intense and long aftertaste surprising bright mineral intonations with hints of white pepper and a slight bitterness.
Fresh and complex aroma of the wine is filled with notes of lemon, mint, white pear, sweet spices, honey, toasted bread crust and mineral nuances.
The wine goes well with lobster fricassee of snails, mushrooms, pork, oily fish and poultry.
