The Tunaine winery Domaine Neferis belongs to the Sicilian winery Calatrasi. It is located in the mountain amphitheater of the Bon Peninsula and stably adheres to the traditions of winemaking in Tunisia. At the same time, the Neferis Domain is characterized by a progressive approach to farm management, using solar energy and other renewable resources. In his chapter is the only woman in Tunisia, wine-maker Samia Belali. The enterprise has 220 hectares of terroirs in Sidi Salem, they are cultivated exclusively with vines of French origin.
Domaine Neferis, Vieux Magnifique Premier Cru is a wine with a rich taste that embodied centuries of the Tunisian winemaking tradition. Eighteen-month aging in oak barrels provided him with pleasant tones of licorice and spices, perfectly balanced berry-fruit notes and good acidity. The domain of Neferis, Vieux Manifique Premier Crewe deservedly belongs among the elite Tunisian wines, conquering with completeness and intensity of taste and aroma characteristics.
The family of Michcik is engaged in viticulture since 1750. The winery "Calatrasi" , located in Sicily, is the property of the brothers Giuseppe and Maurizio Michczyke since 1980. They inherited from their father Vincenzo magnificent vineyards and a passion for winemaking. Mastery and the desire to conquer new markets for the export of products contributed to the approval of the company's development path. The main production center is in the estate of Terre di Ginestra in Sicily, but the company also owns properties in Puglia and Tunisia. They cultivate both local varieties of grapes, including Grillo and Nero d'Avola, and international ones - Chardonnay, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The spirit of innovation of the team of young employees of the company under the leadership of Maurizio Michcica significantly changed the technology of wine production, but, nevertheless, preserved the traditional recipes. Vineyards are cultivated using environmentally friendly growing methods, which guarantees an excellent quality of drinks, regardless of the nature of the cultivated soil or the height of the plantations. The products of the company "Kalatrazi" are oriented to the consumer, who prefers light, high-quality wines with rich color and fruit notes. Today, "Calatrasi" produces about two million bottles of high-quality wine per year, which is exported all over the world.
