Interesting Facts
"Monte de Toni" - a dry white wine that is produced from grapes Garganega. Crop is grown at an altitude of 125 meters above sea level. The vineyard used permanent irrigation system and manual processing of soil. The average age of the vines is 30 years.
Garganega is collected in late September-early October. After harvesting the berries are separated from the ridges and exposed the soft-pressed with a light cleaning.
