To cool, pure tones of currant and ripe cherry flavor in wine gradually added interesting shades of spicy spices and herbs.
The wine will be paired with excellent dishes of meat or game. Otten taste cheeses.
Red wine Pernand-Vergelesses Premier Cru "Ile des Vergelesses" is made from selected grapes of Pinot Noir harvested from vineyards in the famous Premiers Crus appellation Pernand-Vergelesses, in one of the best parts of it - "Ile des Vergelesses". This site resembles an island bounded by two roads, hence, the name "Ile des Vergelesses", which translated from French means "Island Verzheless." The vineyard is located near the village of Pernand - most "vineyard" villages in the region. Vineyards in the hills, narrow streets, wine cellars, generous people ... and fine quality wines, which brought fame old Burgundian family.
A distinctive feature of the vintage 2010 - a fresh, pass through the wine berries ripened in difficult weather conditions in 2010. Cold winters, mild spring and a cool wet summer affected the amount collected berries: harvest compared to the previous year was less than 40%. But warm, long autumn allowed the grapes to reach perfect ripeness and flavor intensity, without losing acidity. After waiting for 5 years from the date of issue, you can safely open the wine and enjoy the rich taste and aroma Pernand-Verzheless Premiers Crus "Ile de Verzheless." Or wait a few more years - wine only benefit from this.
