Wine of deep ruby color with crimson undertones.
Harmonious, pleasant, rich, sweet taste of wine filled with fruity notes, hints of oak, spice, ripe plum, dark cherry and light cedar nuances. The wine has a good balance of sweet tannins and a lingering, soft finish.
The aroma of the wine opens with bright notes of berries with a dominant cherry and plum, whose tandem harmoniously complemented by nuances of purple flowers, earth, anise, cedar, spices and minerals.
Wine is recommended to bring to the braised pork, a dish of duck, red meat, mushroom pie.
Perfectly balanced, elegant, seasoned red Pinot Noir from the company Dog Point has a beautiful fragrant bouquet and rich fruit and spicy taste. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. This Pinot Noir will be at its peak in the period from 2012 to 2017.
