Wine of golden straw yellow color.
This wine has a soft, dry, full-bodied taste with notes of ripe fruit, hints of toast and vanilla. Long rich finish.
The wine has a complex aroma - rich but delicate and elegant. The aroma perceptible notes of fresh fruit (pear, apple and apricot), which comes to replace the floral nuances and notes of nuts, complete bouquet nuances of vanilla and toasted bread crust.
Perfect aperitif. As sparkling wine is perfect for desserts.

The company Ca del Bosco, which began in 1968, is still included in the ranks of the elite of Italian winemaking. It all started with the fact that in 1965 in Franciacorta in a large house in the woods settled Annamaria Clementi Zanella, the mother of Maurizio Zanella, who later played an important role in the acquisition of the success of the enterprise. Economy grew and developed from year to year, reaching excellent performance thanks to the latest technology and intensive work, which in turn led to the outstanding quality of the wines produced here. Still wines made here as well as their more famous magnificent sparkling wine, which is not typical for this type of producers.
Wine Cuvee Annamaria Clementi is made only from the best, selected grapes harvested in several vineyards in the best harvest years. The wine received its name in honor of Annamaria Clementi Zanella - Maurizio Zanella mother, the founder of winery Ca 'del Bosco. The wine has a rich, abundant, shining, stable foam, leaving behind a trail in the shape of a crown for a long time. Bread tone appearing in this wine because of at least three years of lees aging, combined with delicate tones of citrus. Elegant and exquisite sparkling wine with a strong character!
