Wine of deep ruby red color with garnet hue.
The wine has a harmonious, smooth taste with hints of wild cherry and wild berries.
Intense, full, ethereal, very persistent aroma of the wine is filled with notes of dark fruit and spice.
Wine is perfect for pasta, roasted and braised meat dishes, as well as seasoned and spicy cheeses.
Red wine "Cumaro" was first produced in 1985. It is made from Montepulciano grapes grown in the vineyards of the commune Osimo, located at an altitude of 150 meters above sea level in the south-eastern exposure. The name of the wine is named after Mount Conero (in Greek - "komaros"), as well as the eponymous strawberry tree growing on the mountain.
Vintage Wine "Kumar" harvested by hand. After fermentation, running at 27-29 ° C in stainless steel tanks for 12-14 days, starting secondary malolactic fermentation. Wine aged in barriques for 12-14 months and then bottled for 6-8 months. The wine is recommended to drink from a glass spherical shape of medium size, which will help to fully appreciate the complexity of flavor.
