Wine "Bassnon" is made from hand-picked grapes grown in the vineyard area of 1.5 hectares. The name of the wine has been named the creek flowing at the bottom of the hill. Vines in the vineyard planted densely enough, up to 10 thousand plants per hectare. Maceration is carried out in open tanks with temperature control for three weeks with regular immersion caps and pumping the wort. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques, uses only natural yeast. Then the wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels, 50% of which - new. Storage capacity is more than 10 years.
