Producer's description
Winery Conde de Caralt was founded by Count Jose Maria de Caralt Borrello. In the early 60s, the earl acquired the old winery Cavas Carbo in San Sadurni d'Anoia and renamed it, giving her his noble title. The first crop, released under the new name, became a vintage of 1964. In 1984, the winery became part of the Freixenet group. Since then, Conde de Caralt has only been strengthened in the prestige of its wines. The range of the winery was highly appreciated by consumers for its classicism, especially in the Western Mediterranean basin. Recently, the design of the brand "Conde de Caralt" has undergone a transformation in order to adapt to modern trends, but has retained the style and strong personality of each of its drinks.
