Wine "Clos de Tart" Grand Cru AOC, 2004
Tasting Notes
Wine of deep ruby color.
The wine has a complex, concentrated flavors with notes of fresh blueberries and blackberries, mineral nuances, with excellent structure and a long, seductive finish.
Luxurious aroma of the wine reveals notes of blueberries, flowers, smoked meats, sea breeze and greenhouse plants.
Restrained soft wine at once suggests the most robust dishes Burgundian cuisine - Boeuf Bourguignon, poultry, rabbit, rooster in wine, grilled meat and even lamb. Cheese should be, of course, powerful and mature.
