The wine has a deep ruby red color.
The wine has a rounded, powerful taste, rich bouquet which reveals notes of ripe fruit, elegant tones of vanilla and burnt oak.
The aroma is dominated by wine, fruit and berry shades range from ripe grapes and black currant on a background of the undergrowth and vanilla nuances.
Great wine in its pure form as an aperitif. It can also be combined with meat dishes, especially with game, poultry and cheese.
"Clos de Menuts" - a brilliant representative of wine from the vineyards of "Clos de Menu" whose history begins in 1583. It dates from this year the first mention of the sale of the wine produced in the castle menu.
