Wine Clos Quebrada De Macul, "Pargua", 2007
Deep red wine.
The taste of wine is very smooth, juicy, berry shades with beautiful and rounded tannins, hints of spices and coffee, well-balanced, with a pleasant lingering aftertaste.
In the rich fragrant bouquet perfectly blended tones of red berries, chocolate, mint and blackcurrant.
The wine goes well with different types of red meat, especially beef, lamb, wild boar and ostrich meat and pork ribs with barbecue and Peking duck.
Label for "Pargua" made famous Chilean painter Benjamin Leroy, famous for its picturesque and sculptural images of heads.
