Interesting Facts
Blend of white wine "Clos Floridene" consists of three grape varieties - Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle, grown on the same vineyard with a total area of 13.6 hectares, on soils with a thin layer of red clayey sands, rich in iron oxide, on a substrate of limestone. After manual harvest is conducted double sorting berries. Vinification takes place in oak barrels, 25% of which are updated annually. Wine is aged for 8 months on the lees with regular batonnazhem.
Vineyard Clos Florida, located in appellasone Graves AOC, named after its owners - Florence and Denis Dyuburde who in 1982 planted the first vines Sémillon and Muscadelle in an area of 2 hectares. Gradually, they redeemed neighboring vineyards with vines of Cabernet Sauvignon.
