Interesting Facts

Chateau La Dominique estate was founded in the 18th century, its then owner, made ​​his fortune in the Caribbean, called his new property in honor of one of the French islands in the region. Later, in 1933 the family farm owned De Belenkurov Gasen from the estate in Pomerol, and in 1969 it was bought by a well-known construction magnate Clement Fayat, who also purchased the property in the Médoc and Pomerol. On the advice of Michel Rolland, he completely renovated the property and he took up the affairs of the chateau, but in 2006 changed his strategy and hired Jean-Luc Tyunvena, wholesaler and owner of the estate Valandraud , which was to conduct all its affairs.
