Wine of deep ruby color.
The wine has concentrated enough sweet taste with good acidity, notes of fruit and spice and light notes of oak.
The wine has a complex aroma with hints of black cherry, currant, chocolate, herbs, licorice and tobacco leaves.
The wine goes well with meat dishes and cheeses.

The high quality wines Chateau Lafitte Rothschild talk too, they need no introduction. A bit of history: Wines Chateau Laffite were taken to the prestigious level in 1716 Nicholas Alexander Marquis de Segur. The wines were evaluated by the king himself, created a furore in court circles of Versailles and fed to the most sophisticated and well-known techniques (Madame de Pompadour and later - at Madame du Barry). Chateau Laffite was put up for auction in 1797, and in 1868 was acquired by Baron James de Rothschild. Rothschild family denied ownership of the economy in 1940, but in 1945 they were again able to restore their right to ownership of Chateau Lafitte. Age of vines - over 80 years.
