Chateau Doyac - ambitious wine, the taste of which, restrained in his youth, with the passage of time reveals a delightfully rich tones. Fragrant bouquet of wine, despite its saturation, can be called a sophisticated and refined.
Blend wine consists of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot dominant, giving extraordinary wine roundness. Max Purales - owner of Chateau Doyak - worked in finance and banking, while in 1998, thanks to his passion for winemaking, not life turned 180 degrees. Max's wife worked at the theater in New York. Three months after the wedding, they decided to live in the town. "In the family we always had cellars with beautiful bottles, I really passionately fond of wine, and so he decided to return to education in the field of viticulture and winemaking. After training, I made my debut at the Chateau de Malleret "- says Max. In 1998, he acquires Chateau Doyak with a beautiful vineyard, occupying one large area on the limestone plateau of 34 hectares in size. Family Purales produced overhaul Chateau, restored it, and by 2009 expanded the vineyards, then Max has built a new winery to increase the volume of production of wine.
